Job summary

Regal Rexnord is offering an Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program (OMECRP) in the United States, starting July 2027, with 24 months of rotations across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence. Eligible students must graduate in Spring/Summer 2027 and be willing to relocate for rotations and placement.

Participants will rotate through Operations and Production, Materials Management, Distribution & Fulfillment, and other core areas, supported by leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Must obtain degree and be available to begin full-time by July 2027.
• Senior with strong academic performance; anticipated graduation Spring/Summer 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Prior experience (internships, co-ops, or full-time) in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Must relocate within the United States for rotations and post-program placement.
• Flexibility to work in manufacturing environments (plant, shop floor).
• Eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-impact operational projects driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
• Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analyze data to identify process gaps and implement solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
• Present recommendations and results to site and senior leadership.
• Participate in formal leadership training, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
