Regal Rexnord Corp. in the United States is launching the Automation and Motion Control sector's Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program (OMECRP).

The 24-month experience spans manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence with two major rotations and leadership exposure. Participants gain hands-on proficiency across core operations areas, engage in formal training, mentorship, and cross-functional projects that prepare for post-program leadership roles across diverse

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Available to begin full-time by July 2027
• Graduating Spring/Summer 2027 with GPA ≥ 3.0
• Internships/co-ops/full-time in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain
• Willing to relocate within the United States for rotations and post-program placement
• Able to work in manufacturing environments
• US work authorization without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-impact operational projects driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements
• Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Analyze data to identify process gaps and implement solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and production teams
• Present recommendations and results to site and senior leadership
• Participate in formal leadership training, mentoring, and networking opportunities
