Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking candidates for the Automation and Motion Control Segment Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program (OMECRP). This 24‑month, onsite program develops future operations leaders through hands‑on rotations across operations, materials management, distribution, and continuous improvement.

Participants complete two rotations, benefit from formal learning, and engage in mentorship and leadership training, with potential post‑program placements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; degree must be completed or be nearing completion by July 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 and strong academic performance.
• Prior internships/co-ops in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support high‑impact operational projects driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
• Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analyze data to identify process gaps and implement solutions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
• Present recommendations and results to site and senior leadership.
• Participate in formal leadership training, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
