Regal Rexnord is seeking top-performing engineering seniors for its Automation and Motion Control Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program (OMECRP). This 24-month program rotates across Operations, Materials Management, and Supply Chain to build leadership, lean expertise, and hands-on experience.

Participants complete two rotations, engage in formal training, and receive mentorship to prepare for post-program placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Degree to be obtained and available to begin full-time by July 2027.
• Senior with strong academic performance; Spring/Summer 2027 graduation expected.
• Minimum GPA 3.0.
• Prior internships/co-ops/full-time in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Must relocate within the United States for rotations and post-program placement.
• Able to work in manufacturing environments (plant, shop floor).
• US work authorization without company sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support high-impact operational projects driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
• Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analyze data to identify process gaps and implement solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
• Present recommendations and results to site and senior leadership.
• Participate in formal leadership training, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
