Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking high-potential engineers for a 24-month Operations Management Early Career Rotational Program (OMECRP). You will rotate through Operations, Materials Management, Distribution & Fulfillment, and more, building hands-on leadership across core operations functions with structured learning and mentorship.

Participants gain exposure to cross-functional teams, leadership development, and post-program placement opportunities across Regal Rexnord sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; graduation by July 2027.
• Willing to relocate within the United States for rotations and post-program placement.
• Eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Strong academic performance; GPA 3.0+.
• Experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain (internships/co-ops).
• Ability to work in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support high-impact operational projects driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.
• Apply Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analyze data to identify process gaps and implement solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, and production teams.
• Present recommendations and results to site and senior leadership.
• Participate in formal leadership training, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
