Regal Rexnord is seeking rising seniors for its Operations Internship Program in Lincoln, Missouri. This fully onsite internship runs June 2, 2027 to August 13, 2027 (~11 weeks) with relocation possible to other U.S. sites as part of the Early Career rotational program.

The role focuses on manufacturing, distribution, planning, and continuous improvement in a hands-on environment. You will partner with operations leaders, analyze processes, collect data, and present results to site leadership.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• Expected to graduate within the next year (rising senior).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; demonstrated leadership.
• Willingness to relocate for future career opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or planning operations.
