Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Manufacturing Engineering or related field, rising senior.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership through work, school, athletics, or extracurricular activities.
• Interest in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or planning operations.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collect and analyze operational data to support business decisions.
