Excelitas Technologies seeks top new-graduate talent for its two-year Operations Leadership Development Program in North America, including Boulder, CO. You will rotate across manufacturing sites, taking ownership of high-impact assignments and building cross-functional experience under mentorship.

Join a structured development curriculum with exposure to senior leadership, Lean/Six Sigma practices, and opportunities to drive safety, quality, and efficiency while relocating as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed within ~12 months of start date.
• Willingness to relocate between manufacturing sites for two years.
• Demonstrated leadership via academics, internships or work experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Internship or co-op in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain preferred.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma or CI methodologies preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver measurable results on operations and supply chain assignments tied to real business objectives.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and drive data-informed decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, quality, planning, procurement, and site leadership.
• Apply continuous improvement principles to reduce cost, cycle time, and waste.
• Present rotation outcomes and recommendations to steering committee and executives.
