Excelitas Technologies Corp. invites new graduates to join its two-year Operations Leadership Development Program in North America.

The program emphasizes hands-on rotations across manufacturing sites with meaningful ownership of high-impact assignments and a structured development curriculum. You will receive dedicated mentorship, exposure to senior leadership, and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma tools while building cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or Supply Chain Management, within ~12 months of start date.
• Willingness and ability to relocate between manufacturing sites over the two-year program.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, internships, work experience, or extracurricular involvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Internship or co-op in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain preferred.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
• Experience in ISO9001/14001/13485 certified and/or FDA QSR compliant environments preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver measurable results on operations and supply chain assignments tied to real business objectives.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and drive data-informed decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, quality, planning, procurement, and site leadership.
• Apply continuous improvement principles through the Excelitas Operating System to reduce cost, cycle time, and waste.
• Present rotation outcomes and recommendations to the steering committee, site leaders, and executives.
