Job summary

Clayton is a leading single-family, values-driven home builder dedicated to attainable housing and sustainable practices. As an Operations Manager you’ll supervise all phases of the window manufacturing process, working closely with the Production Manager and leaders across teams.

You will lead with safety, develop budgets and objectives, and drive Lean, 6S, Kaizen and process improvements to shorten lead times, reduce costs, and improve quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/operations or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years in production/operations management in manufacturing.
• Experience with P&L and budget management is required.
• Experience in window manufacturing or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction for personnel development.
• Review production performance and identify training opportunities.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and monitor budgets and operational objectives.
• Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives to improve quality and lead times.
