Job summary

Voda Cleaning and Restoration is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to oversee and drive the day-to-day operations of our Carpet Cleaning and Water Damage Restoration teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in water restoration, carpet cleaning, and team management, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest industry standards.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years in water restoration and carpet cleaning operations.
• Experience with industry equipment and team leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of carpet cleaning and water restoration teams.
• Schedule teams for efficient project execution and provide on-site support for large jobs.
• Write estimates for water, fire, and mold damage projects and for commercial cleaning.
• Conduct quality control to ensure IICRC standards and company protocols.
• Train and mentor staff on procedures, safety, and equipment use.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety documentation.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure satisfaction and handle concerns.
• Work with management to hit operational goals and drive revenue growth.
• Attend industry events and nurture relationships with commercial clients.
• Develop new procedures to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
• Maintain inventory and ensure equipment is ready and functional.
