Job summary

Foundation Building Materials is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily branch operations with a focus on safety, service, and results. You will drive efficiency across warehousing, transportation, and customer service while managing budgets and implementing policies.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Management or related fields and 2+ years of management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate operations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Plan and implement policies across warehousing, transportation, and customer service.
• Design and manage dispatch systems to improve logistics and workflow.
• Monitor operating budgets for warehouse, manufacturing, and transportation.
• Ensure DOT compliance and maintain vendor relations.
