You will oversee warehousing, transportation, and customer service while mentoring a hands-on team in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, vendor relations, and confidentiality of sensitive information, with a focus on growth and long-term success within FBM and its network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Experience in construction materials or distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate overall operations to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Plan and implement policies for warehousing, transportation, and customer service.
• Design and manage dispatch systems to improve logistics and workflow.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and change management.
• Monitor operating budgets for warehouse, manufacturing, and transport tasks.
• Ensure DOT compliance for trucking operations and safety standards.
• Oversee warehouse conditions, equipment, and storage utilization.
• Coordinate with purchasing/receiving for timely product arrivals.
• Maintain vendor relations and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Represent the company professionally in customer and vendor interactions.
