Job summary

Src Holdings Corp. in Joliet, IL is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and coordinate daily warehouse and facility activities, including receiving, inspection, processing, stocking, shipping, and inventory control, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

You will supervise staff, drive continuous improvement, manage scheduling and performance evaluations, and collaborate with the Program Manager to meet customer contract requirements and optimize operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with proven management effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• 5 years of operations experience with exposure to supply chain or inventory management; at least 2 years as a supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily warehouse/operations activities.
• Provide strong leadership and communicate a strategic vision for the department.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Manage direct reports including hiring, development and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct performance evaluations to maintain a qualified workforce.
• Oversee time-keeping and attendance tracking.
• Implement safety controls and PPE protocols in all areas.
• Review material tracking and quality control systems.
• Oversee warehousing and storage of inventories and deliveries.
• Ensure accuracy of material movement documentation and receiving reports.
• Monitor training programs for direct reports and ensure adherence to procedures.
