Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; proven management effectiveness.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Preferred 5 years operations experience with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead department with a strategic vision and strengthen internal/external relationships.
• Oversee hiring, development, and disciplinary actions for direct reports.
• Conduct performance evaluations to maintain a qualified workforce.
• Manage time-keeping and monitor absenteeism to ensure productivity.
• Implement safety controls to maintain a safe work environment for all associates.
• Oversee warehousing, inventory storage, and material movements.
• Ensure accuracy of material movement documentation and receiving reports.
• Coordinate delivery of materials and supplies to departments on schedule.
