Job summary

CREATIVE INNOVATION INC is seeking Warehouse Supervisors in Joliet, IL to oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory control operations. You’ll be assigned to an area based on experience and operational needs.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating activities, planning staffing, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency. Proficiency in WMS/ERP and Excel is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience in inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, inventory control, logistics, 3PL, or e-commerce fulfillment.
• 1+ year of supervisory, team lead, or frontline management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate inbound, outbound, or inventory control activities.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, cycle counting, and inventory adjustments.
• Plan daily staffing, assign tasks, and monitor team productivity, accuracy, and safety performance.
• Monitor KPIs, including receiving accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time shipping, and inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, shipping errors, damaged goods, and variances.
• Ensure activities are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently.
• Maintain records using WMS, ERP, scanning systems, Excel, and other data-entry tools.
• Train, coach, and support warehouse employees to improve productivity, accuracy, and safety compliance.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper product storage.
• Work with supply chain, logistics, purchasing, inventory, and management teams to resolve operational issues.
• Assist with SOP development, workflow improvements, and operational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain regular and reliable attendance.
