White Cap is hiring for an Operations Leader Trainee in Michigan. This 12–18 month Career Development Program includes on-the-job training, job shadowing, leadership development, and partnerships with a manager to accelerate your career into operations leadership.

You will rotate through branch operations, customer service, and systems training, with mentorship from a Regional Advocate and other coaches to ensure a clear long-term career path at White Cap.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate after program.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to develop value-added solutions with customers.

Responsibilities
