Job summary

White Cap in Goodyear, AZ is hiring an Operations Leader Trainee to join our 12–18 month Career Development Program. You’ll participate in on-the-job training, job shadowing, leadership development, and mentorship to build the skills needed to lead future operations teams.

You’ll rotate through branch segments, learn our systems, and work closely with senior leaders. Relocation may be required; start window is March to June, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Willing to relocate upon completing the program.
• Able to start the program between March and June.
• Driven to succeed with an energetic, professional, and goal-oriented attitude.
• Strong operations focus and experience leading or building a team.
• Strong communication skills with team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Participates in a tailored learning curriculum with leadership development sessions, operations training, and systems training focused on developing future operations leaders for opportunities that best match your interests, skills and abilities.
• Experiences rotational assignments in various segments of the branch business with on-the-job training to learn business systems and processes, as well as company culture.
• Receives an inclusive career experience with dedicated resources to ensure a successful long-term career path at White Cap.
• Presents a capstone project to White Cap leadership, creating exposure for you across the company.
