East Coast Facilities, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to direct service delivery, oversee fleet, purchasing, and field operations within the Allentown/Service Center region.

The role emphasizes coordination with the DOO and Account Executives to ensure timely, quality project execution. The ideal candidate will manage master schedules, supervise field personnel, enforce safety and quality standards, and drive cost-effective operations across exterior service lines.

Responsibilities

• Direct service delivery and fulfillment operations.
• Support the sales team with proactive communication and updates.
• Oversee fleet supervision, maintenance, and repairs for Service Center and satellites.
• Oversee purchasing for materials, sub-contractors, and fleet needs.
• Focus on exterior services such as landscape and facility maintenance.
• Report to Director of Operations (DOO).
• Maintain master scheduling tools and production calendars.
• Coordinate schedules with Account Executives and Production Managers.
• Manage fleet needs against production requirements and communicate with DOO.
• Supervise Fleet Supervisor and repair/maintenance for assigned fleet.
• Oversee fleet inventory systems and 5s Leader.
• Manage Field Supervisors and Production Managers.
• Create incident reports and documentation per policy.
• Drive adherence to ECF egress/ingress standards.
• Oversee purchasing procedures and internal documentation.
• Approve payroll, expenses, and requisitions weekly.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction at all stages.
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding; enforce safety and quality rules.
