Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a diverse team of salaried and hourly staff across multiple shifts at Staten Island, NY. You’ll drive productivity, safety, quality, and customer delivery promises while guiding cross-functional partners to meet business goals.

The role requires 3+ years of management experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), flexibility for weekends/nights/holidays, and a proven track record in lean or process-improvement initiatives.

Competenze

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and analytical problem solving.
• Lean process, Kaizen, Six Sigma experience is preferred.
