You will collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, and HR to meet business objectives and ensure on-time delivery while navigating variable site conditions and large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds; stand/walk up to 12 hours.
