Job summary

JM Test Systems is seeking a Director of Operations to unify and scale its multi-location operation. You will standardize processes across sites, integrate acquisitions, and build a scalable operating model that improves profitability, turnaround times, and safety.

Based in the Baton Rouge area, you will partner with the CRO, Director of Marketing, and division managers to sharpen pricing, expand service offerings, and drive growth while developing high-performing teams and a strong

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• Experience leading operations across multiple locations with accountability for P&L, EBITDA, and revenue results.
• Track record of standardizing and scaling a growing multi-location business, including integrating acquisitions.
• Strong business and financial insight, with the ability to use data and market trends to guide pricing, service offerings, and strategy.
• Proven track record of improving efficiency, turnaround times, and customer satisfaction through process and technology, and of developing talent and building engaged teams.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers, leaders, and teams at every level.

Responsibilities

• Standardize for scale across locations to create consistent processes, structures, and standards.
• Integrate acquisitions by aligning people, processes, and systems with JM Test Systems' operating model.
• Drive financial performance by delivering EBITDA and revenue to plan through pricing, service offerings, and cost control.
• Grow market share by collaborating on digital strategy, new markets, and partnerships to boost brand visibility.
• Delight customers through surveys, faster turnaround, and prompt issue resolution to improve loyalty.
• Make operations more efficient by streamlining processes, automating tasks, and implementing technology to improve order fulfillment and turnaround times.
• Lead a safety-first culture with audits, inspections, and compliance across all locations.
• Build high-performing teams by setting goals, coaching leaders, and improving engagement and retention across the network.
