Job summary

Electronic Design Company seeks an operational leader to convert complexity into scalable systems and drive measurable improvements. You will partner with the President to lead process improvements, technology implementations, and the development of operational metrics.

This leadership-track role is designed to prepare you to become the organization’s operational leader, building KPI dashboards and standardized workflows while aligning cross-functional teams toward execution and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading operational improvement initiatives.
• Experience implementing or managing business software systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve business processes across departments.
• Lead implementation of ERP, CRM, project management, service, and operational software platforms.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop KPI dashboards and operational scorecards.
• Progress into broader operational leadership responsibility over time.
