Job summary

Order.co is seeking a Director, Engineering Operations to build the operating system that translates strategy into measurable business and customer impact. You will create clarity across outcomes, priorities, capacity, delivery health, risks, and decisions for executive audiences.

This high-leverage role partners with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Finance, Go-to-Market, Customer Success, Security, and other functions to ensure alignment and drive governance, cadence, and accountability

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a senior tech ops or CTO-level role within a SaaS or product-led company.
• Exceptional executive communication connecting product and engineering to business outcomes.
• Working knowledge of modern product development and software delivery lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate a clear operating narrative that links investments to outcomes and customer impact.
• Define and track KPIs with baselines, targets, and owners for cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead portfolio planning, prioritization, and execution across Product and Engineering cadences.
• Establish operating reviews focused on outcomes, quality, reliability, and risk management.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and disciplined execution with data-driven governance.
