The Kyle Geenen Group is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to guide people, systems, and daily execution for a growing West Michigan real estate business.

This hands-on leadership role requires turning priorities into completed work, managing multiple priorities, and communicating clearly with the team. Real estate experience is helpful but not required; strong leadership from any service-oriented field translates well.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams and managing day-to-day operations.
• Strong financial acumen including budgets and reports.
• Experience implementing SOPs and scalable processes.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop administrative team members with clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee daily operations, workflow coordination, vendors, and priorities.
• Develop, document, and improve operating systems and SOPs.
• Coordinate projects with owners, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Review budgets, expenses, and financial performance with leadership.
