Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the residential real estate team's operations, systems, and people. You will own end-to-end workflows from listing through closing and drive efficiency across CRM, marketing, and transaction management tools.

The role requires building and guiding an operations staff, developing KPIs, and reporting to monitor performance while supporting budgeting and vendor relationships.
