The role emphasizes building metrics, improving performance, and collaborating across functions; ERP familiarity and professional certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management.
• Minimum of five years of operations management experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing team performance.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or similar tools is advantageous.
• Six Sigma or Project Management certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Formulate approaches to increase efficiency and expand operational capacity.
• Manage teams across functions to accomplish project objectives and milestones.
• Administer procedures to achieve compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Direct efforts to synchronize operational objectives with business goals in partnership with department heads.
