Job summary

Vital Holdings LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimize our operational processes, ensuring quality improvements and efficient delivery/service execution. You will supervise records center and vault operations, maintain staffing levels, and drive adherence to budgets and safety standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving abilities, and willingness to perform physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing quality concepts in a service industry work environment.
• Supervisory experience (3–5 years preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and background check.
• Forklift certification useful for facilities responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement quality concepts throughout operational processes to enable continuous improvements.
• Supervise records center/vault operations and delivery service.
• Maintain proper staffing and coverage; lead daily operations.
• Manage budget control, reporting, and corrective actions for fiscal responsibility.
• Maintain facilities/equipment and optimize rack space usage.
• Oversee daily vault inventories and perform bay audits.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service in person and over the phone.
