Job summary

Vital Records Control (VRC) is seeking a General Manager to oversee operational processes and ensure quality improvements. You will manage warehouse operations, staffing, and customer service while focusing on efficiency and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a college degree, supervisory experience, and a strong financial acumen. You will play a key role in disaster recovery and must be willing to engage in physical work when necessary.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR and background check required.
• Supervisory experience (3-5 years desired) with ability to manage and motivate others.
• P&L experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel through hiring, training, and evaluations.
• Participate in quality program development and tracking.
• Oversee facilities and equipment maintenance.
• Control inventory accuracy and delivery timeliness.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
