Job summary

WM is seeking a Manager, Operations to lead day-to-day operations of a facility and its field units, overseeing material processing, transportation and safety compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent in related work experience.
• 3 years of management experience overseeing multi-location teams.
• DZ Drivers License and CDL Class B or A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all supervisors and direct reports.
• Attend Health and Safety meetings; train employees on safety.
• Oversee daily operations scheduling and dispatch.
• Develop budgets and monitor monthly to meet yearly goals.
• Address customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Manage plant and facility maintenance and supplies.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
