Job summary

BWT Logistics is seeking a Site Manager to lead all facets of our US site operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient performance. You will build high-performing teams and drive continuous improvement across warehouse, inventory, and transportation functions.

As a proactive leader, you will manage budgets, develop SOPs, mentor supervisors, and optimize KPIs while coordinating with clients and vendors to exceed service expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of logistics or supply chain experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse, distribution, and transportation operations.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience building SOPs and managing KPIs; SAP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations across warehouse, inventory, distribution, and transport.
• Enforce safety, OSHA compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement with SOPs and lean initiatives.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Develop and coach supervisors and staff for high performance.
• Track KPIs and drive accountability and client relationships.
