Job summary

WM is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day facility operations, including material processing, transportation, and field services. You will oversee personnel, equipment, and processes to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-efficient results while maintaining customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership to drive continuous improvement, financial oversight, and collaboration across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent in related work experience.
• 3 years of previous management experience in a structured environment, overseeing multi-location teams.
• CDL Class B or CDL Class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage supervisors and direct reporting employees.
• Attend Health and Safety meetings and train staff on safety issues.
• Oversee daily operations scheduling and budget development.
• Manage customer complaints and maintain profitability.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards across plant operations.
• Develop policies and drive process improvements.
