Job summary

First American is seeking a senior operations manager to oversee a large functional area, ensuring process efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across teams in the United States.

You will lead a group of professionals, set priorities, review designs, and participate in long-range planning while coaching staff and making hiring and compensation recommendations, reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5-7 years of directly related experience.
• 3-5 years supervisory/management experience.
• Demonstrated success building relationships at the Middle Management level.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a large department and set priorities.
• Supervise a group of professionals and guide project outcomes.
• Contribute to project reviews and approve designs and cost estimates.
• Participate in long-range planning and scheduling decisions.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and compensation input.
