Job summary

FirstService Residential Minnesota is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimize the market's administrative and operational functions across the portfolio. You will partner with executive leadership, property management, accounting, and IT to drive efficiency, performance reporting, and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years previous supervisory experience in administration and/or operations.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business field or Property Management and/or at least 5 years of transferable work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and administration to support Management Agreements, partnering with leadership, accounting to ensure accurate billing.
• Oversee Master Property Matrix maintenance and distribute as necessary.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors to address technology issues in Minnesota.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and executive leadership discussions on operational items.
• Manage office operations and ensure safe, hospitable work environment.
