WTX Supply and Fabrication in Plainview, TX is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead all manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, safety, and operational activities at the Plainview, Texas facility. Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of progressive manufacturing or industrial operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing budgets, operational metrics, and workforce performance.
• Experience in fabrication, industrial manufacturing, construction-related manufacturing, or similar environment preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of all manufacturing, warehouse, and facility operations.
• Direct and oversee warehouse and distribution operations across multiple facilities within the area.
• Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators including safety, quality, productivity, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and employee development activities.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and operating expenses.
• Identify process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing coordination, and material flow activities including utilization of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ensure equipment reliability through preventive maintenance and operational planning.
• Prepare and present operational reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
