Job summary
WTX Supply and Fabrication is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead all manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, safety, and operational activities at the Plainview, Texas facility. You will drive safe, efficient, and profitable operations while delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include supervising production teams, budgeting, continuous improvement, and compliance with OSHA and company policies.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience overseeing manufacturing, warehouse and fabrication operations.
- Experience managing budgets and operating expenses.
- Track record improving safety, quality, productivity and profitability.
- Experience in fabrication or industrial manufacturing environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership of all manufacturing, warehouse, and facility operations.
- Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor KPIs for safety, quality, productivity and on-time delivery.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and development.
- Oversee budgets, labor costs and adherence to policies.
- Identify process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Prepare operational reports for senior leadership.
