OBR Management is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for the Plainview, TX facility. Lead manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, and safety operations to deliver high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

You will oversee production planning, KPI improvement, and budgeting while developing staff and ensuring regulatory compliance across the site. This role emphasizes safety culture and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive manufacturing or industrial operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing budgets, metrics, and workforce performance.
• Experience in fabrication or industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for all manufacturing, warehouse, and facility operations.
• Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer needs.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery KPIs.
• Lead hiring, training, performance management, and development.
• Manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and expenses.
• Identify process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management and material flow activities.
• Ensure equipment reliability through preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, purchasing, and leadership.
