Job summary

WTX Supply and Fabrication is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead all manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, safety, and operational activities at the Plainview, Texas facility. You will drive safe, efficient, and profitable operations while delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

The role requires leading production teams, managing budgets, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet delivery commitments and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive manufacturing/industrial operations leadership.
• Experience improving safety, quality, productivity, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of manufacturing, warehouse, and facility operations.
• Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Monitor KPIs including safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and company policies.
• Lead hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets and labor costs.
• Identify process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management and material flow.
• Ensure equipment reliability through preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, purchasing, and leadership.
