WTX Supply and Fabrication is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead all manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, safety, and operational activities at the Plainview, Texas facility. This role ensures safe, efficient, and profitable operations while delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

You will provide leadership for production teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive manufacturing or industrial operations leadership experience.
• Experience managing budgets, operational metrics, and workforce performance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of all manufacturing, warehouse, and facility operations.
• Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators including safety, quality, productivity, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and employee development activities.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and operating expenses.
• Identify process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing coordination, and material flow activities.
• Ensure equipment reliability through preventive maintenance and operational planning.
• Partner with sales, engineering, purchasing, and executive leadership to achieve business objectives.
• Investigate operational, quality, and safety issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present operational reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
