Job summary

WTX Supply and Fabrication is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead manufacturing, fabrication, warehouse, safety, and operations at the Plainview, Texas facility. This role ensures safe, efficient, and profitable operations while delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

The position provides leadership for production teams, drives continuous improvement, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive manufacturing or industrial operations leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and improving safety, quality, productivity, and profitability.
• Experience managing budgets, operational metrics, and workforce performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of all manufacturing, warehouse, and facility operations.
• Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators including safety, quality, productivity, labor efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, performance management, and employee development activities.
