The successful candidate will partner with Finance, Resource Management, and Enterprise Technology to improve operational effectiveness, governance, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field; 9 years of experience can substitute.
• Minimum of five years of operations or practice management experience.
• Experience in a professional services or consulting environment preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, project management, and change management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to collaborate across teams and leadership levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Operational Enablement & Process Optimization to drive consistency and scale.
• Coordinate execution of initiatives and improvements with timelines and objectives.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency and team effectiveness.
• Serve as a liaison for escalations across the engagement lifecycle and processes.
• Support adherence to internal controls, policies, and documentation requirements.
• Assist in implementing new processes, technologies, and reporting.
