FedEx Supply Chain, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily plans, allocate resources, and ensure safe, compliant operations. You will drive KPI performance in safety, quality, and efficiency while fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.

You will manage multiple shifts, coach 40–100 staff, and partner across functions to optimize productivity and inventory accuracy. A Bachelor's in logistics or related field is preferred, with 3+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading other leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or quality management methodologies (Green Belt preferred).

Responsabilités

• Manage at least two exempt direct reports with coaching, development, and performance reviews.
• Direct all operational aspects of the facility across multiple shifts.
• Monitor productivity and ensure targets are met daily.
• Promote a teammate culture and collaboration across functions.
• Ensure achievement of production, quality, and safety objectives.
• Review production and inventory reports for accuracy.
• Plan and manage operational budgets including staffing and overtime.
• Lead inventory accuracy and shipment/loading improvement initiatives.
• Implement Quality Driven Management (QDM) process improvements.
• Oversee daily activities of 40--100 team members and drive performance.
