Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safety, quality, and KPI performance while managing resources and schedules. You will supervise direct reports, coach staff, and coordinate cross-functional handoffs on the floor.

You'll drive process improvements, oversee reporting, and uphold 5S standards in a fast-paced environment, reporting to the Operations Manager and supporting special projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or military equivalent.
• Leadership experience in warehouse or supply chain.
• Minimum six months in a warehouse role with leadership.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise at least two full-time direct reports including coaching and performance management.
• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production activities in warehouse operations.
• Prepare and distribute operational reports to support day-to-day activities.
• Ensure schedules and jobs are assigned and completed effectively.
• Promote safety and 5S standards and conduct safety meetings.
• Lead daily startup meetings with clear work instructions and safety practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage change across functions.
• Maintain inventory integrity and support cycle counts.
• Assist Operations Manager with special projects as needed.
