Franke is seeking an Operations Manager to direct day-to-day operations, including production planning, staffing, inventory controls, and shipping/receiving. You will drive performance measurements and implement improvement programs across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and five years in ops management.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Knowledge of safety policies and OSHA training.
• Ability to plan production, manage inventory, and staffing.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage production assets and budgets.
• Plan workflow to meet production objectives.
• Coordinate with departments to meet customer needs.
• Lead and develop employees.
• Ensure safety and LEAN 5S compliance.
• Support long‑term operational improvements.
• Oversee housekeeping and facility maintenance.
• Handle HR-related personnel matters.
