Franke LLC is seeking an Operations Manager in Dallas, TX to direct day-to-day production planning, materials management, staffing, and inventory controls. You will drive cost-effective workflows, ensure safe operations, and lead teams toward efficiency and continuous improvement across facilities.

The role emphasizes LEAN 5S practices, policy implementation, and collaboration with HR for hiring, coaching, and staff development. A strong background in manufacturing ops is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for operations leadership.
• Minimum five years in operations management.
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
• OSHA 30, forklift, First Aid/CPR training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production planning and materials management within budget.
• Coordinate workflows to meet production objectives.
• Lead departments and personnel to achieve goals.
• Enforce standards and policies aligned with department and corporate goals.
• Maintain lean 5S and safe, clean plant operations.
• Ensure quality and continuous improvement.
