Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to oversee daily team assignments and coordinate material handling at our facility in Georgia. You will lead loading/unloading, staging, and cycle counts while coaching staff to maintain safety and productivity.

The role requires 5+ years in warehousing, High School diploma or GED, and forklift certification preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong Microsoft Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse assignments to maximize productivity and quality.
• Oversee truck loading/unloading, staging, and inventory movement.
• Coordinate daily cycle counts and monitor inventory levels.
• Coach staff on safety standards and ensure a hazard-free workplace.
• Train others and establish efficient procedures to meet deadlines.
• Supervise warehouse activities and maintain stock readiness for sales staff.
