Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum five years of leadership experience in lean, heavy-manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to lead leaders and motivate teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost goals.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across operations and support functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Managers to achieve operational goals with clear expectations and accountability.
• Translate site strategy into actionable operating plans and measurable tactics.
• Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure safe, on-time production and delivery.
• Foster cross-department collaboration with Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, HR, SHE, Scheduling, and Finance.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives to enhance profitability and delivery.
