Job summary

Worthington Enterprises | Amtrol, West Warwick RI, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

You will partner with engineering, maintenance, supply chain, HR, and finance to drive daily execution, cost control, and on-time delivery, while developing leaders.

Reporting to the Senior Business Director, this role requires 5+ years of leadership, a lean mindset, and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership with responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, cost, people, and continuous improvement.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capability using data to drive improvement.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and daily management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first culture and ensure regulatory compliance across operations.
• Drive daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, throughput, and delivery targets.
• Lead continuous improvement and waste reduction through WBS, MDIs, and standard work.
• Develop leaders, manage staffing, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
