Job summary

Worthington Enterprises | Amtrol is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the West Warwick facility's manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of high-quality products. You will report to the Senior Business Director and drive strategic initiatives, continuous improvement, and cross‑functional alignment with Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, HR, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership including safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, capacity planning, labor management, and material flow.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and daily management systems.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret operational data and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into actionable operational plans for safety, quality, production, and continuous improvement.
• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, throughput, and on-time delivery.
• Coach and develop Operations leadership and shop-floor teams with clear accountability and succession planning.
• Define facility priorities and lead execution of strategic initiatives across West Warwick operations.
