Job summary

Crane Currency in Nashua, NH is seeking an Operations Manager to lead multi‑process manufacturing teams including Embedded, Micro‑Optics, Coating, and more. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while translating strategy into actionable plans on the plant floor.

You will develop supervision talent, optimize flow, manage the Master Production Schedule, and lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10 years manufacturing experience or 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading lean manufacturing and CI initiatives.
• Strong written communication for technical reports and procedures.
• Proven ability to coordinate resources, plan workloads and drive performance.
• Demonstrated development of a lean manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe working environment and promote a safety‑first culture.
• Meet customer requirements for quality, delivery, and inventory.
• Lead flow optimization and capacity planning to reduce lead times.
• Manage Master Production Schedule labor and attendance.
• Drive KPI tracking and corrective actions.
• Lead safety walks and training to support CI.
